1. Acknowledge your emotions
Immediately after you’ve been let go/been impacted financially, you may find yourself experiencing a range of emotions: panic upon saying goodbye to a regular pay check, concerned of not having a set routine, sadness when you reflect on your former position /employer – the list goes on.
